DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL METHODS
Making deposits and withdrawing funds are smooth and easy with GKFX!
We offer numerous deposit methods for an easier trading experience. In most cases, your credit card will be enough
to start trading with GKFX. Alternatively, you can use bank transfer or certain e-wallet payment methods as well.
YOUR MONEY, YOUR RULES
Once you start trading, your deposited amount can be used as margin to trade in the financial markets. You can withdraw
profits or get back your initial investment anytime you want.
Please note that all open trade positions must be closed and settled before a withdrawal request, due to Anti-Money Laundering restrictions.
Your funds are safe with GKFX: we are part of Investor Compensation Scheme.
Withdrawing funds from your GKFX account is just as easy as deposit! Credit cards are still the most convenient method.
An alternate channel for withdrawing your funds is to use a bank transfer.
DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL - F.A.Q
Can I use someone else’s credit card or bank account for deposit/withdrawal?
No. The credit card or the bank account must belong to you. Contact us for special cases.
How do I withdraw my money?
You can request a payment back anytime you want. Requests are processed daily by our accounts department. Withdrawals are sent back to the deposit source (e.g. your credit card). If this option is unavailable, we will return funds to your bank account.
How to deposit
You need to invest a certain amount of funds to start trading in the financial markets. This amount is called margin. Different trading instruments have different margin requirements. Please check our Market Information Sheets under Trading Conditions menu.
To deposit and fund your account,
1. Start by logging into your secure client area.
2. Go to Funds and then Deposit tab.
3. Select your account and then deposit method.
4. Select the amount and proceed with the payment.
How to withdraw
You can easily withdraw your settled funds out of your account balance. The prerequisite for withdrawals is to verify your account. Unless your account is verified, you cannot withdraw. Please remember that withdrawals are subject to controls and approvals due to Anti-Money Laundering measures. Also note that by principal, we return funds to their sources. If you deposited via credit card, you will receive your withdrawal to the same card as well.
To withdraw your funds,
1. Start by logging into your secure client area.
2. Go to Funds and then Withdrawal tab.

How will I know about charged costs?
We will inform you about any and all costs associated with deposit or withdrawal transactions, when/if they occur. GKFX does not charge any fees or commissions for deposit or withdrawal. Such fees are charged by banks or by payment service providers.
Is there an additional charge for credit card deposits?
Credit card deposits may cause minor additional charges due to exchange rate differences. Make sure your account on GKFX and your bank account associated with your credit card are using the same currency. Please consult your bank for the most accurate information.
My credit card was declined when I tried to deposit. What can I do?
Please send us the requested documents at payments@gkfx.com to get your card whitelisted:
1) Front and back of the credit card - blocking the middle 6 digits and CVV
2) Front and back of the ID
